Casli was established in 1943 in Madrid (Spain) and since then we have been importing, selling and servicing highly-engineered machinery, acting as exclusive distributor in Spain for a number of world-class manufacturers.
Today, we represent 19 foreign manufacturers in Spain. We take care of all sales and aftersales process for their products. Our challenge and what we strive for is twofold:
1.- Have a knowledgeable and fully trained sales force that can advise clients on complex products
2.- Develop a qualified service team that takes care of maintenance and promptly responds to any in-service issue.
We are based in Coslada, very close to Madrid's International Airport. In 2008 we moved to our new Head Office where we have 1,600 sqm of office space and we benefit from 1,000 sqm of workshop space and an engine test bed where we can take engines of up to 3,000 bhp.
Right next to the new Head Office we have around 2,000 sqm of workshop space fully equiped to perform engines, transmissions and machinery maintenance, repair and overhaul. We also have a highly qualified, competent and committed team that take care of the aftersales activities.
In order to provide an excellent service to our clients we hold a significant spare parts inventory in our premises. We have around 2,000 sqm of warehouse space where we stock over 10,0000 part numbers and we manage thousands of shipments every year.
We are aware that all this only makes sense if we maintain our customers satisfied. This is our ultimate goal.
Casli is audited and certified on a regular basis by independent entities and we hold the following certifications: ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and PECAL/AQAP-2120.
